The “Disciple Maker Index” is a 75-question online survey that invites parishioners to reflect on where they are on their journey of discipleship and enables parish leadership to make data-driven decisions to help parishioners grow in their faith. Both the Archdiocese and our Parish will use the results from the survey to assist in understanding where our people are, and how we can better serve them. This survey will also administered back a few years ago, but updated results are helpful in determining a way forward.
